… by Soh Zeom (Su Qin)Compliment Letter for Mr Park Jeong Hun and Mr Hou Min HoI like to commend on the excellent services provided by your staff Messrs Park Jeong Hun and Hou Min Ho during our tour program above. Both have demonstrated exemplary professionalism and dedication in ensuring we were safe and well taken care of under their charge. One incident I like to share was they have assisted me when I lost my fitbit during the Olle Olle Walking festival. Mr Hou waited for me to catch up with the rest as I backtracked along the route in hope of finding it and he ensured we were all accounted for. Both coordinated well in order not to disrupt the experience for everyone. Both went out of their ways to contact the event organisers to see if someone has found my device. Mr Hou even helped to prepare an official letter from the company promptly to help with my report of loss items to my travel insurer.
Mr Park has been very attentive and thoughtful to us throughout the trip, and especially during our temple stay. He was often seen preparing bowls of soup for everyone during meal times, helping us navigate our way around and translating our food orders to Korean at stalls near the temple in Gwangju. We appreciate the gesture and thoughtfulness. I hope this would provide an avenue for the boss of this agency to know about their wonderful staff and hope they would be given due recognition for their excellent work ethics and dedication to their jobs. [Airport pickup] Our guide, 朴正训 was kind to get his colleague to inform us that he was running late as he needs to fetch one of our group mate who was arriving at another terminal.He was very attentive to most of our needs. There was an incident when we were having difficulty ordering our coffee as the menu was in Korean. To our surprise he was just beside us and assisted in our needs.
侯珉豪 who was assisting 正训 had been very patient and assisted to most of our needs as well. He was always there behind or beside us. He was spontaneous and fun-loving. He did not turn us down when we asked him to pose in our photos. Both guides have done a wonderful job making this trip a memorable one for me. Thank you. Cheers! … by Han Mei Ling
I have been to a couple of guided trips but never have I experienced such excellent service from our local guides Zheng Shin and Min How (pardon the spelling). During our meals, although it is the restaurants’ duty to serve, they both personally attended to our needs with a smile…sometimes I wonder if they ever have time for their own meals at all! For our hotel stay, Zheng Shin visited each room upon check in to make sure we are all fine. He has taken an extra step beyond his call of duty. Not forgetting Ming How. He was a very good support too. I am usually the last person when climbing the Naejangsan Mountains as I wanted time to soak in to the beautiful scenery and fresh air. Ming How followed closely, always smiley, and very encouraging. Am impressed by the energy of both Zheng Shin and Ming How. Lots more good things to say about them though. But in summary, kudos to Zheng Shin and Ming How. I am really very very appreciative that they make my trip so comfortable, memorable and worthwhile. To Zheng Shin, Ming How: Thank you and wishing both you good health, success and happiness always. To TS: Thanks so much for this trip. I greatly enjoy it. Well done.

Both Jane and I would like to thank Min Ho for arranging my wife to see a Chinese/Korean physician on 2nd November, after Day2 of Olle Walk. He extended beyond his responsibilities to ensure that Jane is recovered for the hiking at temple stay. His care and patience really impressed both of us. Good. Good. Good. Good. Good. Good. We would like to thank Zheng Shin and Minho for their nice and kind patience with us. They took the exra mile to take care of our needs and ensure we are safe and happy. On the last day, as our flight departure was later than the group Zheng Shin helped to check the baggage service and transport to the airport. Kudos to him for his excellent service and helpfulness. I thoroughly enjoyed my recent trip to South Korea (Jeju Olle and Temple Stay) and was very grateful of 朴导游 (Zheng Shin) and his assistant (Min Hao) who have made this trip special. Their patience, honesty, and tender loving care were exceptional. 朴导游 (Zheng Shin) was very helpful and extremely patient, he has helped me with my vegetarian-meal ordering even during the free-and-easy time. He wasn’t shy of responsibility and I felt blessed to have such a dedicated guide. He is polite, sincere and honest who doesn’t push tourists to buy stuffs. He is certainly a person with integrity, a quality which deserve a high praise. He is knowledgeable, charismatic, and entertaining which made our bus trip fun.His assistant (Min Hao) is a fun loving person who always stays behind to ensure our safety. Mei Ling and I were almost always the last two persons during the Jeju Olle walk and his companionship was great. He is free to share anything and I’ve learnt a lot about the Korean cultures through him.… By Tony Leow (Special thanks to Tony who compiled this)I write to express my sincere thanks to our tour guides Park Jeong Hun and How Min Ho for a wonderful and memorable experience in the Jeju Olle Walk, temple stay and mountain hike in Gwangju. I was taken by surprise when Jeong Hun personally went to every room to show us how to operate the bidet/toilet (because we do not have this in Singapore). It shows how much he cares about the comfort of every tour member. At every meal, both of them would constantly move around and check to make sure that we are well served with food, drinks, utensils etc…. at the expense of their time for their own meals. Jeong Hun even helps out in serving meals at the temple stay. He stays up late to ensure that we are well taken care of all the way till before bedtime and at sunrise. He has very few hours of sleep each night in order to take good care of us. He is an amazing guide. It was a great team work by Jeong Hun and Ming Ho throughout the Jeju walk and mountain hikes. Ming Ho is always on his side, ever ready to render assistance when necessary; which he did when one tour member needed some medical attention for her injured leg.
What Jeong Hun lacks in some enunciation of Mandarin, he makes it up with his candor, charm and sense of humor. We understood what he says and totally enjoy (and were entertained by) his company throughout the trip.We can see the passion that both Jeong Hun and Ming Ho have in their work. I hope that management will recognize the good effort of these two staff as much as we have appreciated their leadership and company. I have been in tours where members did not talk much to each other and would go their separate ways when the tour ended. But in this trip, friendships have been formed and long lasting memories have been made.My sincere appreciation and heartfelt thanks to the two guides Jeong Hun and Ming Ho for their professional dedication and to TS and William for organising this AMAZING!! trip.I am so looking forward to more of such trips next year, and of course with Jeong Hun and Ming Ho leading us!
